Terms of Use

Effective October 3, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Martinson Sales Consulting Corp ("we", "us"), which operates the Veil app and website ("Veil"). By using Veil, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Veil.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Veil.

Your account

Give us accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may only ask Veil to search for and remove information about yourself, or about someone who has authorized you to act for them.

Subscriptions and billing

• Veil is a paid subscription, billed through Google Play.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it renews.
• You can cancel at any time in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. Cancellation stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the current period.
• Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policies.
• If we change prices, we will tell you in advance, and the new price will apply at your next renewal.

Data removal

Veil sends removal requests to people-search sites and data brokers on your behalf. These sites decide whether and when to remove your information. We cannot guarantee that every listing will be removed, that removed information will not reappear, or that we will find every site that lists you.

Private numbers

• Your private number is assigned to you while your subscription that includes it is active. The number belongs to our telephone provider, not to you.
• When that subscription ends, we may release the number, and it may later be assigned to someone else.
• Do not use your private number to send spam, harass anyone, commit fraud, or break any law.
• Private numbers are not a substitute for your regular phone service and cannot be used to call emergency services. Use your regular phone to call 911.

Spam call blocking

Spam blocking reduces unwanted calls but is not perfect. It may miss some spam calls or block calls you wanted.

VPN

Do not use the VPN for illegal activity or to attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any network or service. The VPN protects your connection between your device and our VPN server. It does not make you anonymous.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Veil. This includes trying to access information about other people without their permission, interfering with Veil's systems, reverse engineering the app except where the law allows it, or using Veil in a way that breaks the law or harms others. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

Our content

Veil and its software, design, and content are owned by Martinson Sales Consulting Corp. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app while you follow these terms.

Disclaimers

Veil is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that Veil will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim related to Veil is limited to the amount you paid us for Veil in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending these terms

You can stop using Veil and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering Veil.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Martinson Sales Consulting Corp is organized, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the effective date above, and if the changes are significant we will notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use Veil after changes take effect means you accept them.
